This event is part 2 of our program with Patti Darke, President of Darke & Associates.  She helps companies make the best use of their talents of the people who work within them.  Patty is known for bottom line results and a maximum return on your people investment.  She developed a keen interest in the training, motivating and development of people.  In 2005 she started her own Consulting firm, Darke and Associates - www.darkeassociates.com where she works with clients as large as Fortune 100 companies to small privately held organizations.  Her education was at the College of St. Benedict and the University of Minnesota.  Patty is a licensed provider of Profiles International Selection, Retention, Coaching and Succession Planning tools.
