Aqua-Tots Eagan Swim Schools is looking for Swim Instructors! Come teach kids 4 months old - 10 years old how to swim! AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim School Core Values? Teach in accordance with the Aqua-Tots curriculum? Build relationships with the families? Be knowledgeable of and respond to parent questions regarding progression and curriculum? Check pool chemicals and maintain the chemical log? Maintain the organization of the pool area? Assist in the cleaning of the pool environment (windows, showers, deck, etc.)? Complete Aqua-Cards at the end of each shift? Understand and uphold our Minor In-Water Incident procedures? Report any aquatic customer concerns to the Lead on Duty Attend staff meetings and in-service training? Carry out any other tasks to support team objectives that are assigned by your lead as required All training is provided, no experience necessary!
