Description

When Business owners consider an exit plan or sale of their business, they often turn to their advisors with many questions. In this course, we will cover the key elements with regards to business valuation, value drivers, types of buyers (internal or external), transaction process and average length of sale. For time business buyers or serial acquires there can be many questions as to who to turn to and what to ask. In this course, we will cover the basics regarding pre-offer due diligence, buyer's sanity test, financing options, offer structure, due diligence and the closing process.
