Lunch and Learn: Writing Internal Policies and Incident Reports

As much fun as it is to just wing every "rules violation" we encounter at work, it's becoming more and more important that we codify common (and not so common) responses to various events so we can provide our employees with a consistent experience when these situations pop up. From PTO to WFH, we'll help you learn to write your policies down in a way that helps protect both you and your employees. Additionally we'll be looking at how to write up issues and incidents in a consistent and non-arbitrary manner.
