Taming Stress at Work and in Life
Stress is a reality of our lives, yet too often we see ourselves as a victim of stress instead of examining our choices in addressing the stressful situation. This can be especially true in the workplace, where it can be tempting to place blame on those at the top instead of taking ownership for our own reactions and choices. In this seminar, you will explore the ways that you may perpetuate and "choose" stress; discover how your body constantly gives you important messages about your well-being; and learn how you can choose alternate perspectives that will shift your reaction to outside events and help you reduce stress in any situation.
