Bryant Fieck South Area Manager, MnDOT Metro District Bryant Ficek is the South Area Manager for MnDOT’s Metro District, serving Carver, Dakota, and Scott Counties. In this role, he leads a team dedicated to planning, delivering, and maintaining the region’s highway infrastructure in partnership with local communities. Bryant works collaboratively with city and county staff, businesses, and residents to promote transparency, foster partnerships, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the life of transportation projects and capital investment programs. |

Jake Chapek Dakota County, Assistant County Engineer, Transportation Jake has been with Dakota County since 2019 initially serving as a Senior Project Manager prior to becoming the Assistant County Engineer for the Transportation group. He's been serving in his current role for the past 3 years and is responsible for the capital planning for the program delivery side of the Transportation Group. This includes programming and coordinating the County’s 5-year Capital Improvement Program and oversight of the County’s internal project management, design, and traffic groups. |

Logan Vlasaty City of Burnsville, City Engineer Logan joined the City in February 2022 as the assistant city engineer where he primarily managed the city’s street improvement projects. In December of 2023 he became city engineer and is now focused on long-term planning and budgeting for the city’s infrastructure needs, as well as coordinating with proposed developments and regional projects with partner agencies. This Logans' 10th year working as an engineer for a Minnesota city. |

Ryan Anderson Metropolitan Airports Commission, Manager of Community Relations Ryan leads the MAC's nationally recognized airport noise program and oversees engagement with communities surrounding Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport and the MAC’s six general aviation reliever airports. With more than 17 years of experience in aviation, Ryan specializes in aircraft noise management and is known for translating complex aviation topics into clear, accessible information. He is a trusted partner to community leaders, stakeholders, and residents, facilitating meaningful dialogue and fostering collaborative solutions to aviation-related concerns. |

Joya Stetson Community and Economic Development Director, MVTA At MVTA, Joya focuses on the strategic development of partnerships with community members, businesses, and organizations to optimize planning and service for the region. Prior to joining MVTA, she spent nearly a decade working in non-profit leadership and economic development for rural municipalities creating a holistic perspective of how transit planning impacts and is impacted by more general community planning processes. |
| Eric Callison Transit Planning Manager, MVTA Eric has been a transit rider for 21 years, and a transit employee for just over 14. He serves as the Transit Planning Manager at the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority (MVTA), where he oversees service plans, bus schedules, and data analysis. Prior to joining MVTA, Eric worked for the Utah Transit Authority in Salt Lake City, where he helped develop service plans for the Covid-19 pandemic, 2023 NBA All-Star Game, and upcoming 2034 Winter Olympics. |
