2020 Burnsville Business Face Mask Pick Up Registration
The Burnsville Chamber is expecting to receive a limited supply of facemasks from the State of MN to distribute to Burnsville businesses. The purpose is to provide a small quantity of masks for businesses to have on hand in case a customer comes in without one. The packages we receive will come in bundles of 100 and our goal is to supply one bundle to as many Burnsville businesses as possible.
Registration Instructions:
Please click the REGISTRATION link above to register your business to receive ONE FREE bundle of 100 facemasks for your company
COMPANY NAME is required to be considered and we will be verifying that businesses are located in Burnsville or are Burnsville Chamber Member
Distribution will be FIRST REGISTERED, FIRST SERVED and we cannot guarantee all who register will receive a supply
You may use the COMMENT section of the registration form to let us know if you would like more than one bundle of masks if we have any extra.
Face Mask Pick Up:
The Chamber office remains closed - we will be doing scheduled times and locations for pick only.
Businesses who register and are verified will receive a confirmation email with days, times and location for pick up
We are planning for drive thru pick up opportunity and only registered businesses will receive masks
We will be sending the confirmation to the email address in your registration with pick up details
