Please join for the March 12^th Women Empowered Luncheon at the Better Business Bureau from 11:30 – 1:00PM. 
 
Have you ever wondered what your professional strengths are and how you can utilize them in the appropriate way for yourself, co-workers and company?  This is the StrengthsFinder event of the year.  You don’t want to miss out on ways to make yourself a better professional. 
 
You may ask what StrengthsFinder is:  Many of you have heard about StrengthsFinder, the talent assessment used by over 20 million people worldwide for individual and team development. 

Burnsville based StrengthsWise founder, Jennifer Ford, is a Gallup Certified Strengths consultant and executive coach who will help uncover your natural talents and discuss how to best apply them for maximum productivity and fulfillment. 

Make sure to get the most out of this event by bringing your StrengthsFinder Assessment Results with you!

How to register and participate in this event:

• Buy the StrengthsFinder 2.0 book.  (the code will be included with the book) 

• Visit Gallup Strengths Center/Assessments online to purchase a digital code.   

• Redeem your code online to take the assessment and receive your results immediately. 
• If you have taken the StrengthsFinder assessment previously, you do not need to take the assessment again.  You can find your results by going to Gallup Strengths Center to login in using the email used when you originally completed the assessment. There are password recovery tools and helpful Gallup phone support (1-888-561-5270) if you need assistance.   
• Print one of the available reports and bring to the session on March 12th.  
• The event starts at 11:30, but please be there by 11:15 to receive your badge for the facility and check in for the event. 
• To get the most out of our session, make sure to bring your StrengthsFinder assessment results!
