The Dakota-Scott Workforce Development Board Speaker Series Event: We Are All Criminals
One in four people in the U.S. have a criminal record; four in four have a criminal history. Part of the solution of the workforce crisis - hiring people with criminal background. And that could be you! Emily Baxter, Executive Director and Developer of We Are All Criminals, shares her expertise in this eye-opening presentation about crime, privilege, punishment, and second chances.
About We Are All Criminals
We Are All Criminals (WAAC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to challenging society’s perceptions of what it means to be “criminal.” Through shared stories of those who committed or were accused of committing crimes, those who got away with them, and those who have been directly affected by the criminal justice system, WAAC seeks to erase the barriers that separate us.
