Description:  The global pandemic left the majority of organizations scrambling to find remote technology solutions to accommodate our new work-from-home environments.  And let’s face it, not all employees are cut out to work independently.  This discussion will focus on three areas to ensure your organization is leveraging its remote workforce to achieve its goals in 2021:

1. Ensuring you are setting up your remote employees for success by providing the following: Connectivity, Security, and Collaboration tools
2. Employee Engagement: Ensuring you have the right people in the right role, Confirming the entire team is on the same page, and Establishing team accountability
3. Verification: Scorecard and Technology Solutions

Speaker Bio: Brenda Erickson has over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth and increasing profitability while managing remote teams.  Her career includes a broad array of organizational functions including marketing, product development, category management, shopper insights, sales, and executive leadership.  She has worked primarily in the consumer-packaged goods industry for well-known fortune 500 companies such as Clorox and Conagra Foods, mid-size CPG organizations on brands such as SodaStream, Chinet and Brach’s Candy as well as for smaller companies growing niche brands.  Most recently, she has been consulting with small/mid-size companies, implementing proven best practices to ensure their business goals are achieved.  Brenda has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – EC in addition to an MBA from Quinnipiac University.
