Working remotely can be personally and professionally rewarding. Studies show that remote workers are often more productive than their office counterparts, and they tend to have improved morale, well-being and work-life balance. Now, enter a pandemic and all of that seems to have flown out the door.
What we already know is that remote work is not for everyone. Even remote work superstars are challenged with being forced to self-quarantine…with their families, or even alone.
