COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS AND PRECAUTIONS
We are watching federal and state guidelines as we tailor our COVID-19 Preparedness & Precautions guide to what is best for our guests and our venue partner. Currently, masks will be required at 2022 Session Priorities unless a participant is actively eating or drinking.
HEALTH ATTESTATION
To help maintain safety at our events, we are implementing a “health attestation” policy for all attendees and staff. This means when a person attends one of our events, they are attesting, to the best of their knowledge, neither they nor any member of their household are experiencing any of the CDC-defined COVID-19 symptoms. Below are the current symptoms to monitor, though the list may change if the CDC announces new symptom guidance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations received by the office at least ONE WEEK prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than seven days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees. Substitutions are welcome.
