Please join us in celebrating Paloma Health and Wellness's new location.
Paloma Health and Wellness, LLC is your source for nutrition and yoga services. We work with individuals, groups and businesses. Owner, Monica Delius, works with her clients to get to the root cause of their symptoms. She uses food as her first line of defense and supplementation as needed. The new location also has a boutique yoga studio, offering several classes a week for all levels. The first week of classes is free.
