DESCRIPTION:Join us for the first Network / Social of the New Year!  Many of us have made fantastic new year resolutions and one might be to learn some yoga moves.  \n\n\n\nJudy Otting\, Yoga Instructor\, will be teaching us the best 5 sequences for the morning to start your day off right\, and 5 sequences at night to relax.\n\n\n\nJudy has spent the past two   years instructing group classes for Core Power\, personal classes\, and even corporately sponsored sessions with companies like Thompson Reuters.\n\n\n\nShe enjoys the combination of helping people discover the health benefits of Yoga as well as enhancing her own personal growth both mentally and physically.\n\nJudy and Husband Tim (a current Ambassador with the Burnsville Chamber) reside in Apple Valley and together with their daughter Maddy run The Otting Insurance Agency in Burnsville.\n\n \n\nNamaste...and Breathe.\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease bring a towel\, or a yoga mat.
