Mr. Clark is also the CEO of TCI Solutions\, LLC\; a company providing innovative education and training solutions for educators of and educational institutions in traditional and non-traditional settings.\n\n\n\nMr. Clark spent over 8 years in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Plant Operator\, Mechanic and Instructor. He then went on to obtain a Senior Nuclear Reactor Operator Instructor certification\, and is one of few African Americans in the nation qualified to teach Nuclear Power Operations to Licensed Nuclear Reactor Operators. \n\n\n\nThe Burnsville Chamber Business Education Network was formed in December of 2017 by the Burnsville Chamber and ISD 191.
