That hobby soon turned into a career.  After Hannah attended Siebel Institute for Brewing Technology\, she was launched into the craft beer industry.  She has spent the last five years working in various areas of the industry.  Her primary focus has been teaching and education\, specifically quality and off-flavors in beer. When she is not brewing or drinking beer\, Hannah is working on her family's organic farm or adventuring out West to ski the deepest powder she can find.\n\n\n\nArtist\, Teacher\, Cook\, Car Detailer and Brewer.  Not many people have a resume quite as colorful or diverse as JT Dalton.  Brewing his first beer\, a clone of Bell's Two Hearted on June 10\, 2010\, JT's story of home brewer stardom to brew master is quite the eclectic tale.  Recently featured in Growler magazine.
