On Thursday May 24, SMEI Minnesota (www.smeiminnesota.org) presents Giving the Best to the Best: Methods to Evaluate Your Top Performers. This panel discussion will cover the most effective approaches to evaluating and compensating your elite sales talent. Participating in the panel discussion will be human resource specialists Steve Mihalik, chief revenue officer at Orange Tree Employee Screening and Larry Morgan, owner of Orion HR.
Discussion topics will include evaluating sales performance, how much top sales performers worth, and sales process management and tracking.
